*Clayhill Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank Project
Jones County, North Carolina

Managed and directed all services related to this 300 acre restoration of all streams and wetlands in this sub-catchment of the White Oak River Basin.

Services included site search, feasibility studies, groundwater monitoring and modeling, water budget, development of stream regional curves, Level II reference reach evaluations and full design plans.

Site has yielded 8,262 linear feet of stream restoration and 120 acres of wetland restoration and 150 acres of wetland preservation.

Prepared the mitigation banking document and assisted the NCDOT in negotiations with the interagency Mitigation Banking Review Team.

Mitigation Banking Plan Report and Construction Plans have been approved and site is under construction.

Stone Farm Stream Mitigation Bank, Ocean Isle Development Company

Wilmington , North Carolina

Kerr Environmental is providing all services related to a Priority 1 restoration of three streams totaling 12,500 linear feet.
Unique to this project is the integration of the stream design with the design of a 980 acre wetland mitigation bank being designed by Land Management Group on behalf of Ocean Isle Development Company.
Critical to both projects will be the restoration of the hydrology of a 250 acre Carolina Bay within the headwaters of this bank.

Eastern State Hospital Stream Restoration Services James City County, Virginia	Kerr Environmental is the natural resources consultant on a two year annual services contract to the County for wetland and stream restoration services. Kerr Environmental assisted in Level II Assessments of the 900 linear foot impaired reach and two reference reaches. Kerr Environmental is also providing: wetland planting plans, wetland delineation and permitting services.

*Worthdale Park Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design Studies
Raleigh, North Carolina

Lead Designer and Principal in Charge of the feasibility and Design Plan reports for restoration project which included 3 streams totaling 2,030 linear feet.

Studies included Geomorphological assessment, stream state analysis, and hydrology/hydraulics. Design included priority II and III restoration with B5 step pool and C5 streams.

Provided quality control of stream data and data analysis in preparation with Preliminary Design Report.
