• Provided the environmental services and managed all geotechnical surveying and engineering for this 200 acre wetland and 3,000 linear feet stream mitigation banking agreement.

• Developed design and planting plans for this mitigation bank located on the banks of the Chickahominy River. Constructed and monitored for two years, meeting all success criteria.

• Performed soil mapping, stream assessment, landowner coordination, planting plans and management of geotechnical studies, water budget and civil engineering for this wetland and stream mitigation bank.

• Provided construction oversight for earthwork, wetland and riparina plantings and stream enhancement. Bank will generate approximately 23 wetland and 110 stream credits.

• Performed site search for this second wetland mitigation bank in the James River basin.*

• Performed preliminary feasibility study, soils mapping, water budgets, civil engineering, planting plans, Banking document preparation and Mitigation Bank Review Team coordination.*

• Performed annual monitoring of vegetation and hydrology. Bank has achieved all success criteria to date.

• Kerr Environmental is responsible for all monitoring in 2005 and negotiations with regulatory agencies. Mr. Kerr was the project manager responsible for water budgets, soils investigations, construction and construction monitoring for the first and second growing seasons at another firm prior to founding Kerr Environmental Services. This 14.8 acre bank generated 11.8 credits, all of which have been sold and have met all success criteria.

• Managed feasibility studies, groundwater monitoring, stormwater modeling, restoration and planting designs fro this project and abutting 25 acre "consolidated wetland mitigation site" for the city of Virginia Beach.
