Civil Water Resources Professional Engineer-Part Time
Kerr Environmental Services Corp., a regional, full service environmental consulting and ecological restoration firm serving Virginia, Northeastern North Carolina and Maryland and is looking for a Part-Time Civil Water Resources PE; 10+ yrs min exp; sole responsible charge; drainage, hydrology & hydraulic and storm water modeling, studies, design, and p,s&e's. Projects will include shoreline/slope stab., LID, constructed wetlands and natural channel design; constr admin. Excellent oral, written & pm skills req'd including business development; Exp. w/ environ permitting & studies incl. CBPA WQIA's, water withdrawals, waterfront structures and wetlands preferred. ACAD / GIS / groundwater modeling / water balance calcs / EPA SWMM / Rosgen stream assessment / USGBC LEED a plus.

The position will involve wetland delineations, stream assessments, related field studies and assistance with permitting. Candidates with a detailed knowledge of the Corps' Wetlands Manual, experienced with GIS/GPS applications, and with a degree in the natural resources or related field preferred.
